Job Description

We are looking to add a Marketing Content Creator / Graphic Designer to our Marketing team! Must have 2+ years of graphic design experience to be considered.

Job Description:

  • Design and produce print and digital marketing materials (brochures, eblasts, flyers, social media graphics, event signage).
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that aligns with campaign goals.
  • Write and edit engaging copy for marketing materials, blogs, social media, and internal communications.
  • Proofread and ensure all designs meet production standards and align with brand voice.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of the organization's visual identity, including logo, color palette, and style guides.
  • Manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in design, communications, or social media, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), web design basics (HTML, CSS), and email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp).
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
  • Ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Additional Info:

  • Pay range: $55-$70k (depending on experience)
  • Schedule: M-F 8 AM-4:30 PM
  • Location: In-Office,. Woodbury
